  • Cooking Club: Grades 3& 4

    Cooking Club  (3rd - 4th grade)
    When: Mondays 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM   Begins: 1/26  Ends: 4/13
    Cost:  $220, plus $30 supply fee

    Chocolate Overload - Each week, students will make 1 treat starring chocolate as the main ingredient.  All recipes will be nut free.

    Does your child light up when they sing, act, or tell a story? Do they love to express themselves and share their heart for God? Then they'll love our After-School Worship & Drama Club - a joyful place where students use their creativity to worship Jesus and grow together in faith.

    Spring Recital: 5/18
    Location: The Fine Arts Academy (located between the Upper and Lower Schools)
    Attire: KRCS uniform and sneakers.
    Class Size: 10 Dancers (Waitlist and possible additional classes will be opened once maximum class size is reached.)

    Jr. Tigerettes Dance Team (K-1)

    Spring Recital: 5/18 
    Location: The Fine Arts Academy (located between Upper and Lower Schools)
    Attire: Leather jazz shoes.(Instructor will send specifics upon registration) Dancers will dance in their KRCS uniforms.
    Class Size: 10 Dancers (Waitlist and possible additional classes will be opened once the maximum class size is reached)

    This is a great way for young dancers to learn the basics of Jazz, Hip Hop, and Pom while making friends and showing school spirit! The Jr. Tigerettes Dance Team will learn fun routines and perform for end of the semester recitals. It will be a great experience that Lower School dancers won’t want to miss!

    Students will have the opportunity to engage in vibrant projects and hands on activities, including clay, painting, and fiber arts.

    KRCS Singers

    Who:     3rd and 4th Grade Chorus - open to all 3rd and 4th grade students, no try-outs or auditions. Just sign up to join!
    Director: Claire Burns, Middle School Music and Chorus Teacher
    Investment: NO COST!
    When: Rehearsals are every Thursday, 2:50 PM - 3:30 PM  Begins 1/22   Ends 4/30 
    Location: Lower School Music Room (Room 217)

    This free club is open to any 3rd or 4th grade student who loves to sing and desires an additional music experience.  The session will end with a school combined choir Spring concert.

    Location: The Fine Arts Academy (located between Upper and Lower Schools)
    Attire: Leather jazz shoes.(Instructor will send specifics upon registration) Dancers will dance in their KRCS uniform.
    Class Size: 10 Dancers (Waitlist and possible additional classes will be opened once the maximum class size is reached)

    **This class pairs well with Mrs. Burns’s 4th Grade Honor Chorus on Thursdays 2:45-3:30PM. Dancers will be walked over the Fine Arts Academy for dance class immediately after chorus.**
