Application Process

The application process is a time of mutual discovery to determine if enrollment will be a positive match that will lead to student success.
King's Ridge Christian School seeks to partner with families to surround their children on their journey toward college admission and, ultimately, college completion. We believe in investing in students' lives and mentoring their development as they discover how God uniquely wired them with specific talents and gifts to learn more about themselves and their purpose.

To start learning their story, we begin with the online application. Completing the process is as easy as following the checklists and deadlines. You can track when your documentation arrives in the Admission Office through your online application portal. Applicant resources can assist in this process.

Please note: If applying for financial aid, all applicable paperwork must be submitted by the required dates.

King's Ridge Christian School offers a full-day Pre-K program with aftercare until 6:00 PM.

HOW TO APPLY TO KRCS

From application to enrollment at KRCS, there are four important steps to help each student and family determine if our community is the right fit and to ensure we can support each student in fulfilling their God-given potential. Below is additional information about each step.
 
Our admissions team is here to support you through the process and answer any questions you may have. King's Ridge Christian School offers rolling admission as space is available.

  • STEP 1: APPLY ONLINE

    To begin the online application process, click here to create an account and complete the Online Student Application for each child.

    Through our application portal, you’ll have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and make changes to your student application. You will also be able to track the status of your application after it has been submitted.

    There is a non-refundable application fee of $100 per student. 

  • STEP 2: REQUIRED SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS

    Upon completing the online application, you will find a checklist
    indicating that the supporting documents parents are responsible for obtaining (i.e., transcripts, current report cards, behavioral files, and teacher recommendations).

    A link is provided online so that you may email these requests to your child's current school/teachers.

  • STEP 3: ASSESSMENT & INTERVIEWS

    Once the Admissions Office has received your child's completed application, a Lower School, Middle School, or High School representative will contact you to schedule your child's assessment and interview.

  • STEP 4: FINALIZE ENROLLMENT

    Once KRCS extends an acceptance offer, parents will be directed to our online enrollment portal to complete the enrollment process. This will secure your child’s placement in that grade.
